A Little Bit About Your Trainer

   Joe Fregenti has been a personal trainer for over 20 years and holds a degree in Exercise Science. 

Joe has worked with people from all walks of life from 6 years old to soccer moms to seniors. Everyone is given the same commitment to reaching their individual fitness goals.

  You'll experience a variety of training techniques, such as traditional weight training, functional training, band resistance and boxing to get you to achieve the results you desire.
